mp3 player
One of the best things that I love about my mp3 player is that I can use memory cards for it.  This way I can put different types of music or artists on different disks.  For example, one disk I have Mannheim Steamroller, another I have Christmas music.  You get the picture...  I found this mp3 player at http://www.littleshopofphoto.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1.  I don't have to scroll through a bunch of music to find what kind I want.  It is also small, but it gives me a large text screen to show the songs.

digital camera
I bought a new digital camera about six months ago.  It is a small, thin, fit in your shirt pocket type that is 7.2 MB.  Many of my friends, when they see it ask me where I got it.  I tell them that there is this online store where I got it at a good price, and the address is http://www.littleshopofphoto.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=2.  It was delivered quickly and easily.

Faster results
I used to be a 98 lb. weakling.  When I graduated high school, I was embarrassed about how skinny I was.  I had started lifting weights a couple of years before, but still had not seen any results.  For years, I had continued muscle building, with only minimal muscle growth.  I wish I would have known about the e-book at http://www.moreweights.com/muscle-building/ many years ago.  I would have been at my goal long ago.

Lose fat and build muscle
In our society, there seems to be more people gaining more weight than in the past.  Even the kids seem to be heavier.  I think it is because we are always in such a hurry that we don't have time to sit down and enjoy our meals.  That is, if we get the time to have a meal break.  Most of the time we end up eating on the run.  When that happens, of course we choose a fast food joint.  The e-book at http://www.moreweights.com/lose-fat-gain-muscle/ has THE way to lose the fat that we have gained, and replace it with muscle.

Lose fat and build muscle
I have always heard that the best way to lose fat is to build muscle.  From experience, I found this to be true.  When I had finally gained some weight, it was fat, not muscle.  I did not want to be fat, I wanted to be muscular.  So instead of just wanting to be bigger, I wanted to lose fat build muscle.  The e-book at http://www.moreweights.com/lose-fat-build-muscle/ showed me a way to accomplish what I wanted.

Lifting properly
When I was younger, probably in high school, I used to watch shows about bodybuilding and the competitions.  I would also read the magazines.  I guess hoping that one day I could have a great body also.  You see, I was a skinny 98 lb. weakling in high school.  I started lifting weights and asking for advice from others, but nothing seemed to work very well.  Finally, I came across the e-book at http://www.moreweights.com/bodybuilding/ and now it is easier and faster for me to put on some muscle.  I sure wasted many years with the wrong advice!

Getting bigger
Weight lifting has become a part of my life.  I guess since I have seen some increase in size and strength over the years that I have kept up with it to gain even more.  Of course, it has taken many years to see any kind of results.  The e-book at http://www.moreweights.com/weight-lifting/ has shown me a much better way to lift.

How many workouts?
Why is it that every issue of every muscle magazine always has an article on how to build bigger arms or chest.  How many different ways are there to build these muscles?  Don't they work on the same principle, if you work them harder they grow bigger?  Do these muscle work in different ways, or do they just contract?  If you would follow these magazines, you would think that there are at least a different muscle building workout for each month of the year times 2.  The e-book at http://www.moreweights.com/muscle-building-workout/ has shown me the best and most logical way to build muscle.  I have tried many of these workouts from these magazines, most with no obvious results.

Lean muscle gets noticed
I even had a few of the guys at work notice that I am bigger.  At work, I have on a shirt that is a bit loose, so it will fit my neck, and they still noticed.  I guess there is a bit of a difference between lean muscle and just being a little bigger because of fat.  You might be the same weight, but people see the difference, even if you are not wearing tight clothes.  The e-book at http://www.moreweights.com/lean-muscle/ can show you how you too can gain lean muscle in less time and less energy usage than you have probably done in the past.

Better abs
There are a few muscle groups that I found were hard to build.  For some reason, I just couldn't see much difference with these.  A couple of them were abs, legs, and shoulders.  According to the e-book at http://www.moreweights.com/abs-workout/ much of it had to do with an improper workout routine.  They sure are much easier to build now that I changed how I work them.
